Sales Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL

By purchasing any services from BUNIT, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in this policy.

1. General Sales Terms

This Sales Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases of services from BUNIT, located at 1968 S Coast Hwy Suite 2689, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. This Policy complies with applicable laws in California, New York, and Wyoming.

2. Service Plans and Pricing

2.1 Service Tiers

BUNIT offers various service plans for blockchain infrastructure, including:

  • Developer tier (free or low-cost entry level)
  • Professional tier (standard commercial use)
  • Enterprise tier (high-volume, dedicated support)
  • Custom solutions (tailored to specific requirements)

2.2 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to existing customers
  • Current customers maintain their pricing until renewal
  • Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance
  • Volume discounts may be available for enterprise customers

2.3 Billing Cycles

Services are billed on a subscription basis:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Billed on the same day each month
  • Annual subscriptions: Billed once per year with potential discount
  • Pay-as-you-go: Billed monthly based on actual usage
  • Enterprise agreements: Custom billing terms as agreed

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • ACH bank transfers (for enterprise customers)
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC - for applicable services)
  • Wire transfer (for large enterprise contracts)

3.2 Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You authorize BUNIT to charge your payment method automatically
  • You will receive a renewal reminder 7 days before billing
  • You can cancel auto-renewal from your account settings at any time

3.3 Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days
  • You will receive email notifications of failed payment attempts
  • Services may be suspended if payment cannot be processed
  • A $25 fee may apply for declined or returned payments
  • You are responsible for updating payment information

4. All Sales Are Final

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: All purchases of BUNIT services are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for:

  • Partial month cancellations
  • Unused services or API calls
  • Dissatisfaction with service performance
  • Changes in business needs or strategy
  • Technical difficulties on your end
  • Blockchain network congestion or gas fees

4.1 Limited Exceptions

Refunds will ONLY be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If we fail to provide the Services for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a prorated credit for the downtime
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you can demonstrate that a charge was unauthorized and report it within 60 days
  • Legal Requirement: As required by applicable law in California, New York, or Wyoming

4.2 Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the limited exceptions above:

  1. Contact support@bunit.net within 60 days of the charge
  2. Provide your account information and transaction details
  3. Explain the reason for the refund request with supporting evidence
  4. Allow 10-15 business days for review and processing

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 How to Cancel

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellations can also be requested via email to support@bunit.net
  • Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid charges

5.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Services remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund or credit is provided for the remaining subscription period
  • You retain access to your data for 30 days after cancellation
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • You can reactivate your account within 30 days without data loss

6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

6.1 Free Trial Terms

  • Free trials are available for first-time customers only
  • Trial period is typically 14 days unless otherwise stated
  • Credit card required to start trial (not charged during trial)
  • Cancel before trial ends to avoid being charged
  • One trial per customer/organization

6.2 Promotional Discounts

  • Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless specified
  • Discounts apply to the first billing cycle only unless stated otherwise
  • Promotional offers are non-transferable
  • BUNIT reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

7. Service Modifications and Termination

7.1 Service Changes

BUNIT reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with 30 days' notice
  • Update features, capabilities, or technical specifications
  • Adjust API rate limits or usage quotas
  • Change supported blockchain networks

7.2 Termination by BUNIT

We may terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay outstanding fees
  • Abuse or misuse the Services

No refund will be provided for terminations due to policy violations.

8. Taxes and Additional Fees

  • Prices do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes
  • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase
  • Tax amounts will be calculated based on your billing address
  • Blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) are not included and are your responsibility
  • Currency conversion fees may apply for non-USD payments

9. Enterprise and Custom Agreements

Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different terms, including:

  • Custom pricing and billing arrangements
  • Dedicated service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Special refund or cancellation provisions
  • Extended payment terms

In case of conflict, the signed enterprise agreement supersedes this Sales Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute:

  1. Contact our support team within 60 days of the charge
  2. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
  3. If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to the Terms of Service
  4. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account termination

11. California, New York, and Wyoming Compliance

11.1 California Residents

Under California law, you have the right to:

  • Receive a clear disclosure of all fees before purchase
  • Cancel automatic renewals at any time
  • Request information about refund policies before purchase

11.2 New York Residents

New York law requires disclosure that blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to state money transmission regulations.

11.3 Wyoming Residents

Wyoming customers benefit from the state's digital asset laws, which recognize blockchain-based assets as property rights.
