By accessing or using BUNIT's blockchain infrastructure services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

BUNIT is operated by BUNIT, located at 1968 S Coast Hwy Suite 2689, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.

2. Description of Services

BUNIT provides enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure, including but not limited to:

• Multi-chain node infrastructure and RPC endpoints
• Smart contract development and deployment tools
• Blockchain data indexing and analytics
• Web3 integration APIs and SDKs
• Distributed ledger technology solutions

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. This license does not grant you any rights to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

6. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your service plan. Payment terms include:

• Fees are billed in advance on a subscription basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our blockchain infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance windows
• Network congestion or blockchain-specific issues
• Third-party service failures
• Force majeure events beyond our control

8. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for backing up your data
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• We are not responsible for loss of private keys or access credentials

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• BUNIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK ISSUES, SMART CONTRACT VULNERABILITIES, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICE FLUCTUATIONS

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BUNIT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason with 30 days' notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:

• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
• New York's BitLicense regulations (if applicable)
• Wyoming's blockchain and digital asset laws
• Federal securities laws and regulations
• Anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending an email to your registered email address
• Providing notice through the Services

Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
